- Delay in Activation Open
I've applied for the AIRTEL FIBRE connection on *st Feb **** and successfully paid the advanced dues for three months right after a couple of hours. The sales guy very clearly told me that the connection will be up within **hours. However, up until this time (*:**PM IST, SAT, * FEB ****), I still am waiting for the proper installation and activation of my connection. I haven't seen someone as irresponsible and unprofessional as these guys, right from their office to the installation team and the activation guy. The misconduct, irresponsibility, and the unprofessional character from the people at Airtel Fibre guys in Srinagar area is total disrespect not just to the consumers but to the entire reputation of a big time firm like Airtel. Kindly, look at the matter and take some action against these people who cause inconvenience to consumers at their will.
