- Deficiency of D2H service Open
I have taken *-year subscription offer from Independent TV promising over *** channels. But now I am unable to enjoy the services as almost **% of the channels are removed by the company citing technical problem or Trai Guidelines. Firstly Star Network channels disappeared then picture quality gone worse. Now when Star channels are back, Zee Network channels, Colours got disappeared. Customer care is not providing any solution.
