I ordered a Redmi note * pro phone whose price is *****. On **th July phone was delivered to me. But when I opened it was defective. The phone display corner was broken. When I contact Flipkart they raise a return request and said that they will contact me within ** hours. But within ** hours they block my account and denied to give refund or replacement and are telling that his system deducted a high number of return request so I am not able to login in my Flipkart account but this is absolutely wrong I place a single order. When I ask return they just block my account. So please help me to recover my money.
