This mail is regarding the Levis Redloop jeans that I purchased earlier this year. I was quite assured of the quality of the jeans as I purchased them at a higher price and also the brand value and quality of the product is good. However the jeans I purchased proved to be made of poor fabric and didn't last even for six months. I tried to get them exchanged but I got a call from Levis rejecting my request for exchange. I am deeply aghast by the apathy of your company and your behaviour is a step back making your company a customer centric one.
