I purchased a device (OnePlus * pro) from a store located at my place within few days of purchase I noticed that it had several malfunction.I bought this issue into notice of the store manager and they refused to help me out. Even i travelled around ***km to reach the OnePlus exclusive store and experienced very very very poor service by their staff. I suffered a lot mentally as well as physically. Hope I get my hard money back.
