I bought a water purifier called KNL healthy drops via Amazon on **th March, ****. Within few months of using it i.e., on **th June, I started noticing an algae like coating on the surface. I called up the company and they said to clean the water cabinet twice a month, I agreed and did what they said. Now, on *th August, I see some ants and insects in my filter, I called the company and they told me to clean it on my own and I did it.
Now, again on **th of Aug, I saw one mosquito or fly inside the cabinet, this time I called up the company and they agreed to send the technician whose name is Mr. Ali and lives in Greater Noida (same person came for fitting the water purifier).
He visited on **th Aug, changed the spun filter and cleaned the filter, I paid him Rs.*** i.e., *** for spun filter and *** visiting charges. I finally thought now at last this problem of mosquito and flies will stop, also this algae like coating will stop coming for some time.
But, I was completely wrong, on *th September, I got this mosquito again in my water cabinet. This made me furious and I called the owner of company who could not explain why this is happening. He just kept denying that there is some problem in his product, rather he told me it happens in all the water purifiers and there is no guarantee it will not come.

He sent me few videos to show it happens in other water purifiers but I found all of them to be bogus videos having no credibility. I told him to get it fixed but he said he has no solution, then I asked him to return my money and deduct amount for the time used, he simply said provision not available.
I finally called another technician from Urban clap and he said there is some fault in the design of this product.

I have been very very frustrated with this company. If I am not at home, my parents who are not so tall, they won't even recognize that their are flies or algae like coating inside. It seems they have been cheating people of their hard earned money. I want to take a legal action against this company and need my money back.
