- Defective Product Return Requested ^Open

Hi,

I have purchased JBL Live *** TWS from Tata Cliq as a Bday Gift for my wife.
Product was delivered on **.**.****.

On **.**.**** opened the package and tried to use it. It was not automatically pairing to my iPhone. After few trials, Requested for return. Got a call from TataCliq customer executive stating that I have to visit nearby JBL store with earphones to get a Jobcard. Over a call I raised an issue that I do not have any information about JBL store in Vadodara, Gujarat and demanded an email.

The executive, Ms. Bhagyashree, sent an email stating the same thing that I have ti get a jobcard to process the return.

I raised an issue again and also inform them that they are unnecessary forcing a customer to personally visit a store during this Pandemic. If I wanted ti personally visit any of the store, I would have bought the earphones from the store itself and not from TatCliq.

There is no response till **.**.****.

I am still following up with them as I have no idea About any nearby JBL store and such complex return policy.

Moreover, when I tried to open their return policy on app, it shows *** error.
