- Defective product not picked up Open
Order placed on **th April and delivered on **th April. The defective product was delivered so I placed a return and it was approved by Paytm mall. Return pick was arranged on **th May and I received SMS for same but pickup guy refused to pick the product by seeing the size of the product. I immediately inform to Paytm for same because Paytm status was showing misleading status by "pickup attempted and failed" which seems to be mine side mistake. I reported all info to Paytm and they agreed and arranged assured that pickup will be done soon.
So far I just see order status is being updated by saying pickup attempted by four times but no one visited to collect the product. Even I followed many times with Paytm CCE but no proper response and resolution and Paytm is holding my money without any genuine reason and timeline. All the details have been updated in Paytm query reference number ********* and also in Reference No. *********. I need possible help to resolve the issue and get my money back.
