I have ordered "Noise X* wireless Bluetooth earbuds" order no: ****** using Cred coupon (which I got from CRED app).
The product was delivered at my home on *th July ****. That time I was on out of the station. I came back on *th July ****, I was in excitement to use the new Bluetooth. Therefore, I paired the Bluetooth with my mobile and checked the features and sound effect everything was good. Then I made a call to my friend using the Bluetooth to tell about "GONOISE X* earbuds" But he was not able to hear my voice. Then I realized there is a problem with the mic. So immediately I tried to call the GONOISE customer care from my mobile several times but the IVR hasn't connected my call to any customer care officer. Then I raised a complaint through email also on their website and raise a ticket. I got several ticket number. (Ticket number ******, ******, ******, ******). Nevertheless, till now no response from their end.
Therefore, I kindly request you to look into this issue and replace it and get me a good quality product at the earliest.
