On *rd August I have ordered a pair of slippers and jeans from an Instagram page called fashion_point****. The total cost of ****/-. He said cash on delivery is not available and I paid him through phone pay and paytm. Later I received completely damaged slippers and the wrong jeans which I hadn't ordered. When I asked him for return he blocked me both on Instagram and WhatsApp and not replying my normal messages too. It's been * weeks and I'm begging him daily but he is not replying. I have gone through so much of mental torture because they are my money and wanted to use it to buy a gift and now all is over. I demand an apology and compensation for the cheating he had done on me.
