purchased a water softener system from company in march **** for which quotation was given on ** th march **** and payment was made on **th march
system was installed on **th of April after repeated reminders
in *st weeks of June water flow reduced from system and i tried multiple times on company helpline numbers but nobody replied and on contacting
i was told that you will send somebody for repair
on **th of June on video call i was told to put multiport valve on bypass mode and was told that system will work properly
but after contacting valve manufacturer it came to my knowledge that by putting multiport valve on bypass mode system will not work properly
