- Defective product Open
I have received defective product from Dell and they have been delaying the solution to the problem I am facing. It has almost been a year now.
The Laptop has heating issues in the keyboard, after nominal use of **-** minutes.
The company says that its normal upto *** degrees unless the laptop shuts down automatically but the keys of the keyboard get too hot that it feels very uncomfortable to use. The issues has been raised from my aide since day * and there has been no resolution for this issue. I have wasted more than ** hours on calls with them, explaining more than ** people what the issue is and they have just been wasting my time and not providing any solution.
Dell has been provided a defective product like this earlier also to me.
It has seriously hampered my work and studies and has also caused a lot of wastage of time and mental tension talking to Dell customer care who are unable to provide any solution except for delaying it for more than a year. Just waiting for the warranty period to get over.
