I bought a Dell **** on **th June ****. The laptop arrived around **th June ****. In the first week itself it started showing the blue screen error and shutting down suddenly. I was informed it is because of updates requirement. But the same kept happening. Dell would not receive calls. Then finally when they did, they suggested operating system reinstallation. After doing that also, the same is happening.
Dell is mentally harassing by transferring my calls from one department to another and then keeping on hold for ** minutes to * hour.
