Im purchesed new samsung A* mobile . When i started use i found some issue regarding audio plug and charging . Next day i reched samsung care latur. they told me u r problem is sorted out automaticlly. After some time i started facing same issue. Then they changed hardware of my brand new mobile. Afler * days im still facing same problems. According to company they have to change my mobile via piece to piece exchang policy but samsung care of latur and his staff started argument with me.
