- Defective mobile supplied and irresponsible service provided by nokia Open
I have purchased Nokia *.* plus mobile from Nokia official website. The mobile delivered to me was defective as it has a charging problem. As the mobile was covered under a valid warranty, I approached the Nokia service care regarding the same. As per their guidance, I had sent it to the Nokia care for service through Ecom express pickup service arranged by Nokia support on **th April ****.
As mentioned in the Nokia website the service support said that it will be serviced and returned within **-** days. During the conversation, they also mentioned that it is a common problem (charging issue) in most of the brand new Nokia phones.
When I approached the customer service on *rd May ****, they said the mobile has been repaired and waiting for dispatch. But till date, it has been over ** days I have not received my phone yet. Whenever I try to inquire about the status of Nokia customer service through emails and chat (Nokia official website), they do not reply or reply irresponsibly. They are not at all addressing my concern instead ask me to wait for ** hrs. They are doing the same i.e. asking me to wait for ** hrs from past ** days without providing the update regarding the phone. I am afraid that they have misplaced my phone. Kindly help me in getting my phone back in proper condition from Nokia service centre at the earliest.
