- Defective furniture received Open
I bought a low sitting bed from Hometown online. It was assembled by the company executive. While I was confirming the size of a mattress the upper surface developed a crack. I contacted their customer care. After the technician visit who took a photo of the product, I was told that it will be replaced. Now they are asking me to pay for the defective part i.e. the upper ply.
