I purchased Tata Harrier fearless plus dark in the month of March since then car has many problems and cervice centre of heritage motors failed to solved that problem .I contacted them again and again but no use and now it's * nd cervice is done after that on * nd day there is a noise from car so I contacted service manager and they did not responded after *-* days my car was breakdown showing engine lock n all .After giving it to service center no one is taking responsibility.Everyone is blaming each other ,
Car has many issue It's alternator is jam ,pully is broken ,Ac runs automatically ,sunroof closes automatically ,TPMS error ,infotainment problem n many more
Now I had mailed * times to customer support but no response so I call the Regional head of tata motors that it's ** days still there is no response from service center so they connected to service manager and told him to arrange lonar car for me and he said OK .service manager said he will call me after ** mins after arranging lonar car .And he called me after * hours saying that I will give your car tomorrow in the morning still car has many problems .he said it's not our fault we got wrong part from tata motors so what can we do ?
