I have purchased apparels from Nirbani amounting Rs. ***** in the month of November. As per there return and refund policy we can cancel the goods before ** hre and this is what i did but they didnt cancelled my order and forced me to purchase goods from them.
Then they delievered my * items out of * items after * months of follow up. Then again i followed up with them and they again delivered two items that too defective . I have sent them the pics of defective items and they assured me to replace the same. But now they are not replying to my messages nor they have delivered my pending items.
I want to lodge fraud case against them.
