- Defect product delivered Closed
My POCO F* mobile was delivered on *st Sep ****,from the very first day I am facing multiple issues with the mobile called customer care and they conveyed the steps to resolve the issue.Followed the steps multiple times but still the issue persists.
As asked by the back end team has shared the issues with the proofs in the mail,and they have taken my complain for the replacement,Since then I am continuously following up with them every day wasting my ** minutes,but it has not been replaced till yet.Every time I call them just giving me a complain ID and conveying that the back end team will contact you in **-** hours.
I never received a call from them regarding the issue or the status of the replacement.
I am really very disappointed on receiving such a pathetic service from a renowned brand like MI.A customer will always look for a better service.My product would either get replace or refund my amount.
A quick and prompt response is highly appreciated.
