I bought a dress from instragram site styleloft. They send a defected piece on ** jan ****. When i told them about it they said to return it via courier. thus i courier the dress bt they doesn't send my another dress.I asked to replace another piece instead of it or otherwise return my money. They refused to do so and asked me to collect my courier back.
