I had ordered a curler few days ago n received it today i opened the bag n the box which should have contained the product was completely broken n taped together so i called customer service for exchange ... so they asked me to get a refund n den reorder it later on thats why i gave them my account number n they debited ****rd from my account so honestly we are now waiting for the company to text me back in response or we are officially filing a police complaint .
