Hello Colive,
As per the above mail, the statement is completely baseless and ridiculous at the same time. I have left the property from my double sharing room on **st March **** due to lockdown and I shifted my ** percent of the luggage to my friend's apartment. I hereby request you to call me back urgently to clarify the huge amount you have deducted from my account and process for immediate refund.
The statement for RM Charges i.e INR **,*** is really shocking and disturbing to a resident who has spent almost * years at the property without a single damage or complaint throughout maintaining a clean record. This is really traumatic for me as I have left my job and all I had was this deposit money in which you have deducted so shamefully as its getting really difficult for me to manage my expenses in the lockdown. I feel really ashamed that how you people are harassing your reliable customers by charging such huge amount, pathetic.
I was a proud customer of Colive-Athina Vasudha but Now, its all went in the drain. I request you to process immediate refund of INR **,*** else I will be forced to take legal action against you both internally in consumer forum as well as through the central governement's policies on rental customers.
