- Declining refund for double charging for ride Open
Due to Ola's system issue, I had to pay twice for a single ride that i had taken. When I raised a complaint for the refund of the double payment, Ola support replies by stating that since ride was taken more than a month back, they will not be able to refund the excess money they had taken from me.
This was the consistent reply from them despite asking the issue to be escalated to their seniors as well.
Company cannot be allowed to charge at their own whims and fancies by making some internal policy.
