We Do ship our products Through Shiprocket...
The Same Way we shipped two consignments on **th May **** From Shiprocket, After we sent the shipment from our office, Without any intimation to us, the Shiprocket guys charged us ***/- Extra As Excessive Weight Charges. As we Sent A Mobile Case and we mentioned the weight clearly while scheduling the pickup, these guys purposely entered *.** KG as the Courier weight and without any intimation Debited from my Wallet.
As i recognised this after ** days i Complained regarding the same and they are saying they cant help it, because it is auto accepted by the shiprocket and they are accepting they didnt sent any mail
Please take necessary action to not repeat such things and not to play with the customers by these e-commerce Websites
