- Deactivation of connection Open
I have two dish TV connection one is parent and other is the child. I have asked on 10 April 2019 to temporary deactivate my parent connection and continue with child one. The call centre guy has asked me to recharge the same I have recharged my connection 3 times with a total amount of 700 but still, the connection is deactivated and there is no response from them. I want the refund and wants to sue dish TV for harassment. They have also given me a request number 485536471 which is not been resolved yet.
