Hi,
This is Naman Maheshwari here. My mobile number +**-********** has been de-activated because I was out of the country for a few months and I was unable to use it. I immediately contacted the Airtel customer care on Twitter who told me not to worry and they said that they would get it activated again, and gave me the contact of Supreeth who manages an Airtel store in Bangalore. Since I'm still out of the country, my sister had to pick the SIM from there. She has already visited the store * times and has picked up the SIM, but it is pending for activation since last two weeks and they are giving m weird reasons for not being able to do the same. As that number is linked with all my bank accounts and credit cards, it is highly important that I get the number back and it does not fall in the wrong hands.

I've been waiting for the resolution for over a month now. The person I spoke to on Twitter (Shubham Gupta) assured me that It would be done but is not even replying or taking my calls now. Please help me out and get this resolved.
