- Damaged the product during repair at service centre Open
My Samsung Galaxy watch was damaged i.e cosmetic damage by service centre during the repair due to inexperience and mishandling. Now I am being said that nothing has happened to watch and asked to collect it, while it is clearly seen on the watch, the peel offs and scuffs due to mishandling. Both service centre and brand deny of replacing or repairing the product to the condition it was handed over to them. Instead of service centre being held accountable for the damage, brand i.e Samsung is trying to defend. I have already reached to Samsung support but the same thing is reiterated again and again.
