I ordered a Iphone * cover worth ***. I got it delivered within * days. However i noticed that i had ordered a black colour by mistake and decided not to open the package and return the package as it is to the company back so i mailed them. Even after * days , i didn’t receive a reply from their site even after mailing them several times. So i finally decided to atleast open the package . Now when i opened i saw that the product was damaged. It had cracks . So i sent another mail stating that i just want a refund , no replacement . ( On Their Website It Was WRitten , ***% Money Back Guarantee Within ** Days WIth NO QUesTions Asked) . Now after *-** days i received a call from their side , they asked me to send the photos of the damaged cover and said that they could just give a replacement and not refund . ( i thought to myself that replacement is better than keeping a damaged cover) . So i said yes and sent them the photos. Now kt’sbeen * days again, i haven’t heard from their side. Even tomorrow i’m going to their shop.
