Bought a dining table from pepperfry and it was damaged but after talking to their returns department they agreed to give **% more off to keep this product and they did mentioned that no further return on this product will be applicable but they promised the carpenter services will be available within the warranty period . But its been only few days the chair is broken and they are saying they have never promised anything like that and they cant help it . The guy clearly lying i asked him to check the recording of *rd november but he is clearly not ready to check he is saying i didnt promise anything like that .They are biggest cheaters .
