- Damaged product delivered Open
Purchased coffee table from Royaloak on *-may-**** & got delivered on **-may-****. Royaloak carpenter visited for product assembly & on partial unpacking found damaged bottom shelf so canceled assembly and kept parts back in case. We called showroom & asked replacement. In * week they sent carpenter with a replaced bottom shelf and while assembling found there is damage to the top shelf corner too. We asked to replace top shelf but they came back with repairing the corner damage, but this time I see they have added new damages to the side of the top shelf, so I returned it back. * week later they came back with same top shelf with same visible damage without repairing or replacing so we didn't accept it. Today (**-jun-****) and there has not been any resolution from them and they are blaming me for refusing to accept damage product (email attached). *.* months now & still I am not able to use it. I want replaced top shelf and compensation in the form of money for harassment from Royaloak.
