- Damaged product and no response from the seller Open
i have ordered a photo frame on **-Jul-**** in love_tale._ (insta page) which was owned by Naja from calicut (mobile no : **********) .
Have requested to deliver the courier before **th July but received the product and on **th July with damaged product - glass broken and pictures were damaged. Informed Naja through whatsapp but after that she is not picking up the call and replying to my message and mail.
Need refund for my order and also its seller responsibility to reply to the customer but instead she is ignoring and deleting the comments in Instagram when asked about the response
