I placed an order with them on **/**/**** which was delivered on **/**/**** . I came to know about the damaged item supplied the next day and immediately informed them via email and also called their customer care number. After repeatedly following up I finally received a mail that the refund for the damaged item was done. On checking out I found that the refund was not done which I again informed via mail. But till date have not received any response from them.
