- Damaged Baggage Claim Open
My baggage was damaged by Air India baggage handling staff in flight I traveled (No. AI ***) on **th Nov. **** from Chennai to Delhi. My baggage was found damaged when i received it at Delhi Airport. I approached Air India Baggage ground staff and registered a damage report. Air India Baggage team representative promised me that i would receive an email within ** hours for further instruction regarding the claim. But, its been more than a month and the claim is not yet settled. No one from Airindia team bothers to pickup the call/ reply to my e-mails.
It is kindly requested to look into this matter and resolve it asap.
The damage report, photos and email correspondences are attached herewith for your reference.
