- Damaged and wrong product Open
I have ordered an L shaped sofa containing * different pieces. They have sent me a damaged sofa and each part of different sizes and colours. They orally agreed to replace my sofa but they are not replacing and asking me to pay **% of the sofa cost as extra. Its been more than * year and still, they did not replace my sofa. Looking for help.
