Sir ,
I have purchased an iphone ** from your registered seller named I Crest (bareilly, Uttar Pardesh ,India ) on dated ** th of September of last year **** and then after few days i started facing issues of battery as it started decreasing battery health with in two month then i visited many times the Service centre then after trying to complain they agreed to make a complain against that and then they changed my handset battery and after i got my handset back then i got an heating issues and battery health issue started falling again after three months it again showing the same problem then i second time visited to the service centre regarding same and more issues arousal they started treated me very badly and they didn't even helped after requesting many times they changed handest battery again in June of this year**** and after receiving the handset back the same problem started occuring again and for the third time i have submitted my i phone back to services centre my all case id are as follows : *- ******** (**-**-****)

These all the case I'd which i been provided by apple support team and your service centre
And the staff over your service centre told me that in my handest that battery was not of good quality and the behaviour of that staff has told many things about the apple support team that they are making fool of me and false case id just to make me satisfy on ground level and after ** days my case id will automatically get closed with or without any solution,depends.
If these thing you all are providing in your handset then i m sorry to say you people are just making fool of your valuable customers I have purchased this handset that apple has a brand and they must be giving best support to their cusotmers but you all are just making fraud of cusotmers
