D*h cable was not working and I have registered a complaint with customer care of Videocon d*h for * times in ** days and every time they tell your issue will be resolved in * working hours but even after ** days, the issue is not resolved.
When I asked regarding the complaints raised they are telling the complaint is closed by the local technician saying either customer has not responded to his call or customer rejected to pay service charges. But the fact is I haven't received calls from the technician. Kindly help me out in resolving this issue.
