- Customer support person guided me wrong and my system software is totally collapsed Open
I contacted customer support person to a problem of photos and videos are not opening in my laptop, He suggested me to do install a new version of software windows , I downloaded new version . After that, again contacted another customer support person to install that software,he guided me to do that process in middle of that process he cut the call, again I contacted another person he guided me wrongly and my entire laptop came as usual but my curser and touch pad is not working. One of your customer support person contacted me and he said we will send an engineer he will fix that problem . Iam waited a week but no one came to my place. Again I contacted customer support but no one is responding properly. This is the worst phase I have faced . No one is caring about customer. This is the worst laptop. Worst customer support team this company have I think. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible.
