I want to change registered phone number for my d*h connection in order to select pack for channels as per new trai guidelines but unable to do. Leading to which I have an error page displayed on my TV screen. I've recharged my account and for * weeks I have constantly tried to reach the customer care representative on the numbers ********** and *********** but it's always busy. I'm sick and tired of this and need immediate action. I have emailed as well still there are no updates. Please find the attached email.
