- CUG Plan Changed and Deactivation not done Open
I had idea * Numbers under CUG plan numbers given below
But from July-** , Aug-**, Sep-** I gotbill around Rs.*,***/- for all * months . From customer care they used to call and ask to pay the bills
But when asked why the bill is coming more they were unable to tell and sometimes they used to tell we will come back .After that they asked to visit idea showroom and i went in sep-** idea showroom Kukatpally near Road No* Hyderabad. They checked my account and told that the CUG plan doesnot exist and it had been upgraded
I am asking how can u upgrade without my notice and the calls between my CUG numbers they charged amount. Even though not aurging i had paid RS.*,***/- including deactivation charges. But the bill is being Generated every month.
Again i visited idea showroom and asked why it had not been deactivated they told only one number was deactivated and remaining * are active .
I paid my pending bills and asked to deactivate but it is your Vodfonagexecutives mistake. So please close my account and stop sending bills for payment.
Recently in jan-** i visited idea show room Near road no* , kukatpally , HYDERABAD, Where i had paid pending bill amount and raised for deactivation.
The manager checked and told they had deactivated and later after * days it had been activated.
Sir u can check from sep-** **** u can check any incoming or outgoing calls or any sms from any of the below given numbers

I had paid much more i had paid Rs.*,***/-
vodafone idea executives are regularly calling and asking to pay bills
On what basis they had changed my CUG plan and charged for the CUG nos which are free for all the * numbers
Next i had paid total amount Rs*,***/- for the bills amount with in the CUG numbers
and asked for deactivation .
