 - Credit shell not received in eCash Closed

Tickets booked for travel to Delhi from Bangalore in Spicejet PNR no. ****** And reference no.************ on March ** **** got cancelled due to covid and amount got transferred to Spicejet credit shell in due course of time. This amount of around *.*k was available in Spicejet credit shell until last month. When I called Spicejet customer care, they informed that this amount was transferred to Yatra on **th Jan **** as per Yatra's request. Howeve it's been almost a month and I still do not see the amount in eCash of My Account in Yatra.
From what I understand when a similar incident of flight cancellation happened last time in the same month for return journey (Delhi to Bangalore) when the ticket got cancelled, it took * months for yatra to credit it in their eCash after the airline refunded the amount. How can customers wait for * months to access their amount?
