I had two round trips booked with Yatra.com for *th April & **th April and *th April & **th April. I have received refund of half of the amount I paid for both the round trips. Remaining is showing as available as credit shell. However, when I am trying to make a new booking, it is not available. I am trying to contact Yatra through all mediums possible but they keep sending the automated mails about the half amount they refunded. I have continuously requested for call back, but received none.
