We took the membership plan on **th November ****. It’s with utmost dissatisfaction and frustration i am writing this. At the first place we were not at all interested in buying the plan but Miss Bhumika and Mr Nadeem which was sales manager at CHIS Noida forced us into buying this by saying first buy this trial package of ** thousand. A whole lot of T&C are put before us on both voucher and membership nights which at the time of selling were never mentioned. At the timing of selling they assured us that we don't have to pay a single penny and about AMC/ASF said it is included in the membership fee and the amount has already been deducted hence we need not pay any amount for the year but now when I received the welcome call them, then costumer-care executive start explaining about AMC charges ****/-INR will pay for every trip.
Is this logical? Why there is such duplicacy in promising and delivering. We were very conveniently fooled into buying this plan. We were given an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. But were not let to read Saying that you can read it later. I wonder how things will take shape once we avail the service. Therefore i want to cancel my membership right away without availing a single trip because of fake promises and lies.
I am writing a mail to customer care for cancellation the membership and they are saying its not a valid reason to cancel the membership. "You are cheating with people and its not a valid reason to cancel the membership". I am requesting you to cancel the my membership asap.
