- Continuous fault in the AC Open
I purchased * Samsung ac's, * of *.* tons and * of one ton, on ** March ****. Unfortunately, they had taken nearly * weeks to get it fixed properly with refilling of gas twice for a brand new machine. Finally, they arrested the leak and cooling arrived after * weeks. They made me spend extra on copper wire to get it fixed on the terrace in spite of provision available on the first floor. Later the display did not work and when I complained it was done. Then again swing did not work and they got it rectified, after few months again swing problem started. When the service person was cleaning the filter he noticed the tear in the filter and when I noticed it, he called the company and gave the information and he said the team will get it replaced, but so far no one is responding and later when I called to raise the issue they want me to pay for it even though my machine is in the warranty period.
I mailed several times to the Samsung company regarding the same but they have not replied at all. Within one year I have so many complains right from the day of fixing and before my warranty period they want me to pay. What will happen after the warranty period? I need justice they had given me a poor quality machine, refused to replace it. When the issue started in a weeks time now they are charging me for the products before the warranty period.
I purchased it from Sathya Agencies, Perungudi salesperson name Kalai, Samsung service person name Abbas both are an irresponsible person. I need justice. My warranty period gets over on **st March.
