- Connection not completed Open
I am not provided with the WiFi connection yet. As per Hathway, the dealer has said that the connection will be provided in ** hours but it been almost * days. I haven't received any update from Hathway and still waiting for the connection. Regarding the same, I have taken leave from my office * days believing that the connection will be provided.
I lost my * days salary so I would like to file a complaint legally. Since I have been told so many lies by Hathway customer executives, the support from them is very bad and irresponsible.
