i started using Mobikwik in which they have cashback offers, cashback comes in terms of SUPERCASH(in mobikwik wallet), in january i used offer of Hoel booking in which i spent **** rs, in which **** supercash came in wallet. That time they did not had conditions of using **** supercash in month, but after i got the supercash, they started the condition of using **** supercash in a month, and when i informed them about the condition, they affirmed me that they will look into that, and will extend the validity. but they did not, and rs **** supercash expired on **th may, and now they again changed the validity , from september to august . I am attaching the screenshots of the discussion
