I booked a room in OYO on Aug **-**rd. In spite of no room availability, OYO still accepted the booking and charged the amount. Later I was asked to check-in to another substandard hotel. I had to refuse for the same as I felt the new hotel which was recommended was quite unsafe. I spoke to the customer care and the representative ensure complete refund as I haven't checked -in and also since the fault was not at my end. But there is no update yet and the only half amount has been processed. Kindly assist.
