- Complete order not delivered and then the when the complaint regarding the same was raised to the au Closed
I placed an order consisting two combo meals However only receive one meal. When I raised the issue with the zomato customer group they gave me zomato credits instead of refunding my money for one combo in my zomato wallet. I requested them time and again but the conveniently told me nothing can be done. This is deficiency in service on part of zomato and it is taking high pride in the same. Infact this is my fifth order in the row that zomato got wrong. I am highly disappointed and if nothing is done i shall pursue legal remedy. It is not even about the money but about they have been treating their customers and how they have been running a hoax/sham in name of business.
