Dear Sir,
I Bitu Kumar, Resident of Hazaribagh-Jharkhand, would like to inform you that, today (**-**-****) called Shrinivas Hospital (Shrinivas centre for scientific research & development) Hazaribagh, for Covid Sample Home collection, accordingly they came and collected the sample for me and my wife, after that they demanded INR *** extra for home collection charges other than covid RT-PCR normal charges (INR*** each sample) without giving any invoice for extra amount, I requested them to give the invoice of INR *** also, but they refused and told me that hospital management has instructed them to collect extra INR*** for Covid Home sample collection without going any invoice. on telephonic enquiry to hospital management they told me that we do not give invoice for extra INR*** as per management procedure. As this is financial fraud & unfair trade practice and complete violation of Consumer Right, so in light of above I request you to take immediate action.
Note- The same issue was immediately informed to Hazaribagh DC telephonically but his response was very rude and unsatisfactory.
I also would like to bring your kind attention that the Hospital if Collect RT-PCR covid sample today then they give result after **-** hrs form the day of collecting sample however on Report they mention Report released on Next Day, for Exmp- if they collect sample on **-Aprl-**** then they will actually give report after **-** hrs i.e. they would give report on **/**-April-**** but on report they mention, report released on **-May-****. which is completely fraud.
