- Complaint regarding malpractices followed by Videocon provider Closed
This is regarding unnecessary assigning channel to my Ala-carte pack for a fixed time period.
As you can see in the attached screenshot the Videocon d*h provider purposely assigned "Star Bharat" channel to my user id "********". And now when I am trying to remove the channel from my list it says there is a lock-in period of ** days.
The Videocon d*h team added "Star Bharat" channel to my pack without my consultation and after adding they just sent a message on the registered number. And now its not even allowing me to remove the channel from my list.
As a consumer why do I have to pay for a channel which I am not interested in?
And even if its added by mistake why am I not allowed to remove it from the list?
It seems a pure form of malpractice. Please look into this at higher priority. Not sure how many customers are impacted by such malpractices.
