I am not able to see any channels. I called customer care * months back and still, they have not resolved this issue. Its showing Tuner is locked. I explained each and everything to Independent TV customer care and they said we will send our team at your home, but after remind every time they pass the same comments. Please check this issue on an urgent basis as their service is really very worst and not the reliable company as I called many times to customer and they have not given me solution properly.
